How do you show up for your clients?

We get so focused on the things we DO, we often lose touch with how we're BEING. And it's the quality of our BEING that contains and shapes everything we do.

Every coach has a unique way of showing up for their clients deeply rooted in who they are as a human being. I call this your "essence". And it's the living, breathing soul of your coaching business.

For instance, my client Jane, a leadership consultant and coach for healthcare organizations, shows up as Joyful Discovery, Common Sense, and Deep Curiosity. Beneath any skills, techniques, or programs, these are qualities of who she is. When Jane enters the conversation, discovery, down-to-earth sense, and curiosity becomes available.

By distinguishing and naming her essence, she can:

  • Speak specifically and authentically about what she brings to the table. Like the way she naturally frames leadership development programs not as corrective make-wrongs, but as joyful adventures of discovery..

  • Set herself apart from other coaches in meaningful ways. Oh yeah, Jane's the leadership coach who's all about the joyful journey of self-discovery. And she goes deep.

My own brand essence for Badassity Brand Photography is Illumination, Vision, and Heart. These three qualities are my guiding stars in every aspect of my business. And deeply rooted in how I naturally show up in the world. To use other words, I see you. I get you. I celebrate you.

Presence Your Essence is a brief (3-session) brand coaching program for coaches, entrepreneurs, and transformational leaders. Together we will:

  • Uncover and name the unique essence of you

  • From that basis we'll craft the brand essence of your business

  • Use this brand essence to sharpen your messaging and set you apart

  • Identify concrete ways your brand essence can shape and empower the touch points of your business
